It happens. Just email me at steph@thesailfish.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order, hopefully we catch it in time before it is printed.
Every case and charge pod shell is made-to-order, just for you. Allow 2–6 business days for production. And shipping time on top of that before it's in your hot hands!

Sailfish Creative offers refunds on damaged items.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or wrong size ordered. However we can offer an exchange.
If you wish to return an item, the customer is responsible for the payment of postage. All items are to be returned within 30 days of receiving for an exchange or store credit.
Please contact me if you would like to return something and we can work it out together.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Standard (Untracked) $5 - this is FREE for charge pods as they are more than the free post threshold, however if you wish to have tracking you will need to select Priority (Tracked).
Allow 8-20* business days for production and postage within Australia.

We have printing partners in the US and UK. This means Your order will ship from the location closest to you, reducing the environmental impact and faster delivery times, win win!

Each shell is printed using a 3D printing process that embeds the design into a tough polycarbonate shell. It has a luxe matte or gloss finish, and is UV protected against sun fade.
CHARGE POD SHELLS have a choice of gloss or matte finish.
Gloss has bright colours and a gloss shiny finish
and
Matte has a luxe satin feel and is less slippery.
Please be aware that actual colours may vary slightly due to print production vs screen RGB colours, different monitor variations and different print runs. If it looks wrong, email me steph@thesailfish.com.au and we can work it out together!
One of the deciding factors of making this leap into selling my own designs was finding a way to support Marine Conservation.
