This could just be because I haven't uploaded your model yet, or that it isn't available. But if you are unsure or would love to see your design uploaded please just email me and I will get onto it for you!

It happens. Just email me at steph@thesailfish.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order, hopefully we catch it in time before it is printed.

Every case is made-to-order, just for you. Allow 2–6 business days for production. And shipping time on top of that before it's in your hot hands!

Sailfish Creative offers refunds on damaged items.

We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or wrong size ordered. However we can offer an exchange. 

If you wish to return an item, the customer is responsible for the payment of postage. All items are to be returned within 30 days of receiving for an exchange or store credit. 

Please contact me if you would like to return something and we can work it out together.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Each case is printed using a 3D printing process that embeds the design into a tough polycarbonate shell. It has a luxe matte finish, and is UV protected against sun fade.

PERSONALISED cases have a choice of gloss or matte finish.
Gloss has bright colours and a gloss shiny finish
and
Matte has a luxe satin feel and is less slippery.

One of the deciding factors of making this leap into selling my own designs was finding a way to support Marine Conservation. 

I want my children, and my children's children to see the marine life that I have, and to love it as much as I do.
